Why choose the capsule format?

At the October 23, 2026 one-time price of $74, a 30-serving bottle costs $2.47 per full serving after rounding. Two bottles provide 60 full servings for $148 before tax and shipping. Counting full servings makes repeat ordering easier to plan.

A counted serving makes the daily quantity easy to track at home or while traveling. The full serving is four capsules. MEL’s photographed panel identifies DR capsules; ask MEL for shell-material specifications if you have a particular preference.

What changes if you switch from liquid?

The capsule formula includes 25 mg DeltaGold tocotrienols and a 205 mg greens blend with named component amounts. Its B3 entry is 5 mg bioactive NADH, while the liquid lists 62 mg NE niacinamide. Those are different B3 entries. Both formats list methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin forms of B12; compare the complete table for the amounts and forms you want to review.

The capsule bottle and dispensing quart each cost $74 at this check. The quart provides 32 liquid servings and the capsule bottle provides 30 full servings. Compare both the daily routine and the full-serving ingredient table when choosing your preferred format.

For an organized transition, put your current vitamin D, B complex, mineral and herbal products beside the capsule ingredient table. Reviewing those combined daily amounts with your clinician helps you build a routine around the nutrients you intend to use.

Other ingredients

The label states “DR Capsule.” It does not identify the shell polymer or every capsule-material detail; obtain that specification from MEL if it affects your choice.

For calories, sugars, carbohydrate, fiber or protein details beyond the photographed capsule panel, ask Mother Earth Labs for its current nutrition information.

Methylcobalamin is a form of B12, L-5-MTHF is a form of folate, and mineral chelates describe how minerals are bound. The ingredient table shows these forms alongside the labeled serving amounts and combined blend totals.

How do you take the capsules?

Comprehensive Core capsules use a full labeled serving of four capsules daily with at least eight ounces of pure water. The panel says to use within two years of manufacture, with the manufacture date on the bottom. Do not treat one capsule as the full serving when comparing nutrient amounts or price.

What should you check before choosing it?

Each full labeled serving supplies 125 mcg (5,000 IU) vitamin D3. That exceeds the general U.S. adult upper intake level of 100 mcg (4,000 IU) daily from all sources. A clinician may recommend more for a specific reason, but this is a reason to review total intake before starting. NIH vitamin D reference.

Both formulas contain vitamin K2, which matters if you use warfarin. Core provides 40 mg vitamin B6 per serving; long-term excess B6 can damage nerves. The active form is not a reason to ignore total exposure from other supplements. NIH vitamin B6 reference; NIH vitamin K interactions.

The labels advise consulting a healthcare provider before use, particularly if pregnant or nursing, taking medicines or other supplements, or managing known or suspected allergies. Keep out of reach of children. Bring the full ingredient list to that discussion. Liquid labels use broad terms such as flavors and natural preservatives without identifying every substance; ask MEL about a specific allergy rather than assuming those categories are allergen-free.
