The Comprehensive Core glass quart offers 32 one-ounce liquid servings in a glass bottle. It is a straightforward option if glass is your preferred container material. The reviewed nutrient amounts match the other Core liquid bottles, giving you a familiar formula with a distinct packaging choice.
In this guide
Build a simple glass-bottle routine
Choose a refrigerator position where you can comfortably lift the glass bottle, and keep a separate marked measure ready. Shake the closed bottle before use, measure the labeled one-fluid-ounce serving and return the opened bottle to the refrigerator. Careful handling keeps this routine convenient.

How much does the glass option cost?
The glass quart costs $80 versus $74 for the dispensing or round quart. The $6 premium spreads over 32 servings: $0.19 more per serving after rounding. The total is $2.50 per labeled serving.
Glass offers a distinct container choice. The dispensing quart adds an integrated measure, while the round quart suits a separate marked measure. Compare the current prices and handling features to choose the package you prefer.
Glass preference and everyday handling
Consider where the bottle will sit in your refrigerator and how comfortably you can grip it for shaking. MEL identifies the bottle as glass; ask about the closure and internal component materials if those details matter to your household.
A clearly marked liquid measure makes the serving easy to repeat. Measure one fluid ounce, equivalent to two tablespoons, after shaking the closed bottle. Follow the serving with eight ounces of pure water and refrigerate after opening, as directed.
Is its formula different from the other liquid bottles?
The back-label image displayed on MEL’s glass listing shows the same liquid composition per one-ounce serving as the reviewed round, dispensing and gallon panels. Choose among those liquid packages for the material, serving quantity and measuring setup you prefer.
Choose glass for the container preference and use the ingredient table below to explore the formula. For a broader look at the liquid and capsules, the main Comprehensive Core guide brings the format choices together.
What ingredients does this option contain?
This table uses the verified liquid label amounts per one-fluid-ounce serving. The capsule formula differs. Vitamins and minerals form the nutritional foundation. Fruits, greens, enzyme preparations, amino acids and other specialty ingredients add separate categories. Expand the complete ingredient section for every named component and supporting ingredient.

How do you take the liquid?
MEL directs one fluid ounce daily, followed by eight ounces of pure water; it may be taken with food. Shake well before every use—settling is normal—and refrigerate after opening. The liquid serving is two tablespoons, not a dropperful or an unmarked capful. Use an appropriate marked measure.
The Core liquid label says to use within one year of manufacture; it does not provide a separate after-opening interval. Do not borrow the pH Balancer six-month instruction for Core. Check the date on your actual bottle. The gallon is 128 labeled servings, so a one-person daily routine takes 128 days; a quart takes 32 days. Storage space and the remaining shelf life matter as much as the headline price.
What should you check before choosing it?
Each full labeled serving supplies 125 mcg (5,000 IU) vitamin D3. That exceeds the general U.S. adult upper intake level of 100 mcg (4,000 IU) daily from all sources. A clinician may recommend more for a specific reason, but this is a reason to review total intake before starting. NIH vitamin D reference.
Both formulas contain vitamin K2, which matters if you use warfarin. Core provides 40 mg vitamin B6 per serving; long-term excess B6 can damage nerves. The active form is not a reason to ignore total exposure from other supplements. NIH vitamin B6 reference; NIH vitamin K interactions.
The labels advise consulting a healthcare provider before use, particularly if pregnant or nursing, taking medicines or other supplements, or managing known or suspected allergies. Keep out of reach of children. Bring the full ingredient list to that discussion. Liquid labels use broad terms such as flavors and natural preservatives without identifying every substance; ask MEL about a specific allergy rather than assuming those categories are allergen-free.
