Comprehensive Core Round Quart provides 32 one-ounce servings in a familiar pour-and-measure bottle. It fits a routine built around a separate marked cup and a quart-size liquid supply. Here is how its serving cost, handling and ingredients compare with the other Core packages.
In this guide
Keep the label and measure together
Keep the liquid in its original labeled bottle, with the manufacture date visible and a clearly marked measure nearby. That arrangement keeps the ingredient list, serving directions and product identity together throughout use. Return the opened bottle to the refrigerator after each serving.

Who might prefer a standard round bottle?
The round quart is a straightforward choice if you like pouring into a separate marked measure. Its conventional bottle shape and 32-serving quantity may fit the routine you already have. If refrigerator fit is important, ask MEL for the current bottle dimensions before ordering.
Round or dispensing quart at the same price?
At the October 23, 2026 one-time price of $74 each, the round and dispensing quarts both cost $2.31 per one-ounce serving after rounding. Their reviewed label panels match per ounce. Choose the separate-measure or integrated-chamber setup you prefer at the same reviewed price.
The round quart works with a separate marked cup, while the dispensing quart keeps a chamber with the bottle. Both offer the reviewed liquid formula in a quart-size supply, so you can focus on which setup feels more convenient.
Set up the one-ounce routine
Keep the bottle label available, check the manufacture date and choose a clearly marked measure before your first serving. Shake well before each use, measure one fluid ounce, follow with eight ounces of water and return the opened bottle to the refrigerator. Do not estimate an ounce from an unmarked cap.
For repeat ordering, count servings rather than calendar months. At one labeled serving daily, a quart covers 32 days. Two adults each following their own one-serving daily routine would use it in 16 days. These supply examples help you plan when to reorder.
The round quart is a straightforward choice when the smaller purchase and familiar handling are what you want. If lowest cost per liquid serving is the deciding factor, compare the gallon and its pump cost; if built-in measuring matters most, compare the dispensing quart.

How do you take the liquid?
MEL directs one fluid ounce daily, followed by eight ounces of pure water; it may be taken with food. Shake well before every use—settling is normal—and refrigerate after opening. The liquid serving is two tablespoons, not a dropperful or an unmarked capful. Use an appropriate marked measure.
The Core liquid label says to use within one year of manufacture; it does not provide a separate after-opening interval. Do not borrow the pH Balancer six-month instruction for Core. Check the date on your actual bottle. The gallon is 128 labeled servings, so a one-person daily routine takes 128 days; a quart takes 32 days. Storage space and the remaining shelf life matter as much as the headline price.
What should you check before choosing it?
Each full labeled serving supplies 125 mcg (5,000 IU) vitamin D3. That exceeds the general U.S. adult upper intake level of 100 mcg (4,000 IU) daily from all sources. A clinician may recommend more for a specific reason, but this is a reason to review total intake before starting. NIH vitamin D reference.
Both formulas contain vitamin K2, which matters if you use warfarin. Core provides 40 mg vitamin B6 per serving; long-term excess B6 can damage nerves. The active form is not a reason to ignore total exposure from other supplements. NIH vitamin B6 reference; NIH vitamin K interactions.
The labels advise consulting a healthcare provider before use, particularly if pregnant or nursing, taking medicines or other supplements, or managing known or suspected allergies. Keep out of reach of children. Bring the full ingredient list to that discussion. Liquid labels use broad terms such as flavors and natural preservatives without identifying every substance; ask MEL about a specific allergy rather than assuming those categories are allergen-free.
