Comprehensive Core’s dispensing quart combines 32 one-ounce liquid servings with a built-in measuring chamber. It suits a routine where having the measure with the bottle makes each serving more convenient. Below, you can compare its handling, cost and liquid ingredients with the other Core formats.
In this guide
Keep a measured serving ready
Keep the serving sequence consistent: shake the closed bottle, fill the chamber according to MEL’s instructions and read the one-fluid-ounce marking. Follow the serving with eight ounces of pure water, then refrigerate the opened bottle. The integrated measure keeps that pouring step close at hand.

What does the dispensing chamber add?
Convenience is the main feature: the chamber stays with the bottle between servings. It can simplify a routine that would otherwise involve a separate marked cup. Read the chamber’s fluid-ounce markings each time and follow the bottle’s instructions for filling it.
The dispensing quart contains the same reviewed liquid nutrient amounts per ounce as the round quart. Your choice can therefore focus on the handling feature you prefer. Refrigerate after opening and shake before every use.
How does it compare with the round quart?
Both versions are $74 for 32 servings, or $2.31 per serving at the checked one-time price. The reviewed dispensing and round label panels match per ounce. Choose between them on the measuring routine and bottle preference, rather than expecting one container to provide a stronger formula.
A quart offers a manageable 32-serving supply. At one labeled serving daily, it covers 32 days; two adults each following their own one-serving daily routine would use it in 16 days. Those counts can help you plan refrigerator space and repeat orders.
How do you read the serving measure?
Look for the one-fluid-ounce marking on the chamber and follow MEL’s filling instructions. The label’s ingredient amounts apply to that full serving. Using the marked quantity consistently also makes the 32-serving supply calculation useful for planning.
If a separate marked cup is already part of your routine, the round quart offers another simple option. The dispensing quart combines the bottle and measuring feature at the same October 23, 2026 price of $74. Choose the setup you find easiest to use consistently.

How do you take the liquid?
MEL directs one fluid ounce daily, followed by eight ounces of pure water; it may be taken with food. Shake well before every use—settling is normal—and refrigerate after opening. The liquid serving is two tablespoons, not a dropperful or an unmarked capful. Use an appropriate marked measure.
The Core liquid label says to use within one year of manufacture; it does not provide a separate after-opening interval. Do not borrow the pH Balancer six-month instruction for Core. Check the date on your actual bottle. The gallon is 128 labeled servings, so a one-person daily routine takes 128 days; a quart takes 32 days. Storage space and the remaining shelf life matter as much as the headline price.
What should you check before choosing it?
Each full labeled serving supplies 125 mcg (5,000 IU) vitamin D3. That exceeds the general U.S. adult upper intake level of 100 mcg (4,000 IU) daily from all sources. A clinician may recommend more for a specific reason, but this is a reason to review total intake before starting. NIH vitamin D reference.
Both formulas contain vitamin K2, which matters if you use warfarin. Core provides 40 mg vitamin B6 per serving; long-term excess B6 can damage nerves. The active form is not a reason to ignore total exposure from other supplements. NIH vitamin B6 reference; NIH vitamin K interactions.
The labels advise consulting a healthcare provider before use, particularly if pregnant or nursing, taking medicines or other supplements, or managing known or suspected allergies. Keep out of reach of children. Bring the full ingredient list to that discussion. Liquid labels use broad terms such as flavors and natural preservatives without identifying every substance; ask MEL about a specific allergy rather than assuming those categories are allergen-free.
