pH Balancer capsules bring the formula into a counted daily routine: eight capsules per full labeled serving, with 30 servings in a 240-capsule bottle. They offer a convenient way to organize servings at home or while traveling. This guide explains the capsule ingredients, how they compare with the liquid, and the cost of a full serving.

Put the full serving beside your current routine

Planning a 30-day routine is straightforward: 240 capsules divided by eight capsules per serving equals 30 full servings. The label permits split doses, so you can discuss a suitable schedule with your clinician. Compare the full eight-capsule amounts with any supplements you already use.

Why choose the capsule format?

At the October 23, 2026 one-time price of $70, a 30-serving bottle costs $2.33 per full serving after rounding. For example, two bottles provide 60 full servings for $140 before tax and shipping. Use that serving count when planning repeat orders.

A counted serving makes the daily quantity easy to track at home or while traveling. The full serving is eight capsules. MEL’s photographed panel identifies DR capsules; ask MEL for shell-material specifications if you have a particular preference.

What changes if you switch from liquid?

The capsule formula has its own ingredient amounts. Per full serving, capsules provide 200 mg each of calcium and magnesium, 100 mg citrulline and 50 mg N-acetyl-L-tyrosine. The liquid provides 300 mg each of calcium and magnesium, 50 mg citrulline and 100 mg N-acetyl-L-tyrosine. Capsules also declare a 900 mg combined stress-and-brain blend; the label gives that blend’s total rather than a separate amount for each herb.

The capsule bottle and dispensing quart each cost $70 at this check. The quart provides 32 liquid servings and the capsule bottle provides 30 full servings. Compare both the daily routine and the full-serving ingredient table when choosing your preferred format.

For an organized transition, put your current vitamin D, B complex, mineral and herbal products beside the capsule ingredient table. Reviewing those combined daily amounts with your clinician helps you build a routine around the nutrients you intend to use.

Other ingredients

The label states “DR Capsules.” It does not identify the shell polymer or every capsule-material detail; obtain that specification from MEL if it affects your choice.

For calories, sugars, carbohydrate, fiber or protein details beyond the photographed capsule panel, ask Mother Earth Labs for its current nutrition information.

Methylcobalamin is a form of B12, L-5-MTHF is a form of folate, and mineral chelates describe how minerals are bound. The ingredient table shows these forms alongside the labeled serving amounts and combined blend totals.

How do you take the capsules?

pH Balancer capsules use a full labeled serving of eight capsules daily with at least eight ounces of pure water. The label permits split doses and advises avoiding this energizing formula later in the day. Do not treat one capsule as the full serving when comparing nutrient amounts or price.

What should you check before choosing it?

Each full labeled serving supplies 125 mcg (5,000 IU) vitamin D3. That exceeds the general U.S. adult upper intake level of 100 mcg (4,000 IU) daily from all sources. A clinician may recommend more for a specific reason, but this is a reason to review total intake before starting. NIH vitamin D reference.

Both formulas contain vitamin K2, which matters if you use warfarin. pH Balancer also contains ashwagandha; avoid it during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and discuss thyroid or autoimmune conditions and medication interactions with your clinician. Rare liver injury has been reported with ashwagandha products. NCCIH ashwagandha guidance; NIH vitamin K interactions.

The labels advise consulting a healthcare provider before use, particularly if pregnant or nursing, taking medicines or other supplements, or managing known or suspected allergies. Keep out of reach of children. Bring the full ingredient list to that discussion. Liquid labels use broad terms such as flavors and natural preservatives without identifying every substance; ask MEL about a specific allergy rather than assuming those categories are allergen-free.
